The rates for booking our Kihei Kai Nani Condo are divided into two different seasons. These rates are based on double occupancy, each person above that is an additional $10/nt. (Maximum occupancy is 4)

2008/09 High Season - December 15th - April 15th
2008/09 High Season Rates are $145 per night *

2009 Low Season - April 15th - December 15th
2008 Low Season Rates are $110 per night *

2009/10 High Season - December 15th - April 15th
2008/09 High Season Rates are $155 per night *
* plus Hawaii State Tax of 12.42%

For bookings less than 7 nights, there will be an $85.00 cleaning fee added.

Minimum booking for Christmas/New Years is 14 nights. Thanksgiving is considered High Season and is therefore booked at this rate.

Rental Policies
The unit has a no-smoking, no-pet policy. There is no smoking permitted within the unit, on the lanai or on front staircase.

Check out time 11:00 am, check-in is 3:00 pm. If you have an evening flight, late checkout can be pre-booked for ½ the nightly rate (if available). I can't always offer a later check out time if a request wasn't made far enough in advance as it does depend on the availabity of my cleaning person.

Reservation Deposit
Once you have contacted me to confirm the availability of the condo, a fully refundable $500.00 deposit is required to hold your reservation. A reservation is not confirmed until this payment and the rental contract has been signed and received. This deposit will be returned to you once you have checked out and there has been no damage to the condo. Details on submitting this will be included with your Rental Contract.

The full payment must be received 60 days prior to your arrival. For reservations received short of 60 days, full payment must be sent within seven days of receipt of contract. Reservations may be subject to cancellation if contract and full payment are not received within the timeframes agreed to in the rental contract.

Confirmation Letter
1-2 weeks prior to your arrival, a confirmation letter will be sent with the following information:

• Check in/check out times
• Instructions for condo entry
• General condo guidelines

10 and 29 days
50% of your total rental fee will be forfeited unless the owner is able to re-rent the condo for your entire reserved period. This 50% will be deducted from your deposit with the remainder being refunded.

There will be no refunds for cancellations of less than 10 days or for no-shows. This fee will be deducted from your deposit with any remainder being refunded.

If we are able to rent the condo during this time, your full payment will be returned.
